Rubbish warm-up but, on the plus side, I made it to the track!
We had a fabulous day today; we walked about 15k of the Lecale Way, walking easy, enjoying exploring somewhere completely new to both of us, and we were blown away with the beautiful-ness of it.

I was mega inconsistent, which to be fair was because I was pushing hard so there were some fast ones in there, but I couldn't do it for the whole session. Lap times varied from 94 to 101 (only one 101, everything else was 9x, happy days.
John was doing some serious coaching of me tonight, which was really useful and pushed me on to some 94's, and yes Olivia he's been looking at JK results!
Really really really tough session. Pleased to see I can 'do' faster. Now to build some fast consistency.

Once I was done with lying on the ground, sweating into the asphalt, I managed a full cool-down and stretching.
