BARF hill reps at Shaws Bridge. My first run since covid, and felt spot on.

Took it easy, and used the extra time to do some nice mobility bits. I also jogged maybe 5 minutes in the start in my new vivo SGs. My heel slips a little so I think I need to punch extra lace holes to do that extra lock bit, and replace the annoying elastic laces. Grip feels good.

2 reps up the Malone House hill, and two right from the bottom (by the bin) through the arboretum to the gate at the top by the rock.

GPS trace is rubbish as I kept forgetting to restart my garmin, and such, but it'll do.
