running/walking 47:00 [2]

AM - to/back from KU campus (Marvin Grove). Stretched hamstrings first before going out. No problems during run, did did take it easy and not for too long. About 55 degrees, sunny, windy, but still covered legs.

19c slept:8.0 shoes: Asics GT2100

On campus: test drove Mary's Mt O course at 3/4s speed, but felt good at end of run - & no hamstring concerns. Need to make a few map corrections.
Course measurement is very rough and probably short (my errors, not Mary's).

Lawrence Parks/Rec Turkey Trot at Haskell campus & XC trails. 2nd M55. Right hamstring tight after race. Brought display clock for LPRD to use. Forgot there was a PTOC Meet today. Probably not going to night O at Bonner Park.

AM - tried out headlamp since I had let the batteries run out, it's taken awhile to fully recharge. Helps if the cords are firmly connected. So the test run was OK. Sunlight enough on last half of run, so turned off the lamp. To Monterey & Fall Creek Rd (west end).

AM 4 x 400m on track (middle of workout - stretching & calis firts, then running, then more calisthenics). Crowded in the locker room. windy and cold (35 degrees).

AM - about 55 degrees this morning, forecast - drop in temps tomorrow. Right hamstring got tight again - haven't been stretching it for awhile. Tsk, tsk.
