Rode from house to river trails, moving pretty well on the trails passing a few people (newbies, not racers). Took one spill on a turn in the sand, not a problem. Saw Raven Rajani and Dan Kuhlman separately on the trails - great place to be out of the heat. 5th St west of Constant Park is nice repaved; smooth.
