Foothills with Chad. Was going to do the same run as last time but twisted my ankle at about 5.6 miles. I thought I might have to walk the rest of the way back, but after about 3 mins the pain had almost gone so I ran comfortably the last .7 miles or so. I think I was about a minute slower than last time even before I twisted my ankle. Not too bad for the third consecutive day running.

6:51, 6:37, 6:41, 6:36.

Trying to work out a goal pace for a 10K on Oct 14. Average pace today was 6:24/mile. 6:34/mile is probably more realistic for a time of 40:47.

Foothills with Chad and Laura. Ran the "3 hills" then down the road to Coyote Trail, and back along Coyote, to Panorama, around the loop and back to the entrance.
