Orienteering race 1:43:51 [3] 6.1 km (17:01 / km) +470m 12:17 / km

Blue at Biones. Physically difficult course, and I ran well for most of it, but three 5 minute mistakes ruined a chance for a good time. I went to the wrong re-entrant on 4 and took a long to time re-locate, I went too low on 9 trying to lose Peter and ended up on the wrong nose, and I picked a terrible line through the fight on 17.

At the track with Chad, Laura and Peter. Decided to skip the interval session since my knee has been feeling fragile since Monday. It doesn't seem to get worse while running, but it feels like if I try to push it, it will start to hurt.
