Hasn't been a great couple of weeks, ankle's been a bit dodge and being ill never helps. But I've had my post exams/uni lazy time now and have a few weeks to building up some running before some foreign multi days :)
WU and agility. Then some plyometrics which I didn't do all of, so my ankle would hold up. Then OH squat (20kg), OH press (17.5kg), reverse lunge (15kg), TRX row (feet on box), mini roll outs.
