Cycle to work. Bitterly cold. Might have to swap to running it. The canal is too dark, will be too dangerous on a frosty day, and cycling is too cold. Also it is hard to get my hr over a measly 115 when I can't really go for it as it is so dark (there is no way I would cycle to work on the roads). Might have to redesign my training a bit.

Martin's. thought running with Graeme would be fun & not too much of a killer. He usually does 4:40's. we did 4:31, 4:34, 4:31, 4:31, and 4:34 I think. It all felt renmarkably easy-ish, but was quicker than I intended. Fun though. Reps hr must have been 165-170
