Club Island - watch stopped for a while and I didn't notice it until after I fell...fell cause I was looking at my watch...but it was a slow fall but it did set off my fall alert. Since I was ok i cancelled the alert, mostly because it goes to Lindsay who is too far away to help and Rick who doesn't look at his phone anyways. Other than that I really felt strong running, seem to have recovered from Saturday's ROGAINE.
