Super tired and wasted today. It was an amazing day yesterday, but today I pay the price. Waking up at 4:45 am to catch the plane back home probably didn't help. Anyway, I did not get sick as feared even though my body is so tired that I have the feeling something wasn't right. Today I will rest and start training tomorrow again
