looks like you were about 3mins up on me at the top of Fairfield as well as at the bottom. The blocks around Hart Crag were pretty dicey, lots of people mincing around there. Plenty of adrenaline flowing through you I guess!

Good work, I had a similar injury on holiday in March and was back racing by the end if the month. You'll be fine to run at Buckden, hopefully I'll see you there.
