Causey Arch loop.
Fancied a trip to the old haunt in the nice weather and it did not disappoint.
Took a turn up Bobgins Burn on the way back and ended up on the NE Heritage Trail.

Walla Crag with Haydne and Cal
Legs quite unhappy when the gradient picked up and conversely when the gradient dropped.
Absolutely great weather and views and visited Ashnes Bridge for the first time ever. Need to make more of an effort to get across it's been great.

Keswick Parkrun with John, Cal and Haydne inc. Wu

18:17, legs getting back to where I want them to be finally. Watch time was 18:00 but that excluded a pee break with about 500/600m to go. Would like to think I would have just dipped back under for the first time this year but need to prove it.
Calf seemed to react fine.

First time running Keswick and it seemed quite nice with a good surface and good field. Will need to come back.

Coledale Horseshoe in reverse
Absolutely great, cracking weather and nice company. Legs weren't too bad but suffered a bit at times.
First proper run back in the proper hills since the injury and no major negative calf issues which is great, a couple of phantom feelings perhaps so need to keep on with the exercises and keep building the strength back up.

Toyed with the idea of the Poly or at least a few strides but decided against it.
