joining DP then?
7th? Must have been a stronger field than normal NYM races. I know Jim Bulman won but don't know who else was there.
How did you get 3x4.6km/170m laps to add up to 11km/414m...? Or were the laps different (know they had to change the course as the forestry commission fucked it up, as they do a lot of areas around the north of the moors)

Yep going to post my form off this week
Yeah he won, it was quite strong I think as Phil Sanderson who destroys everyone up here came 4th.
The course had changed due to forestry destroying the descent path I think, twas only two laps first was 4.6km second all in the wood, second was 6.4 with a venture out on the moor toward Highcliffe Nab.
When are you back up? I'm thinking of going to the Clay Bank East race on the 6th?

yeah I'm planning on being at Clay Bank east, without a cold this year!
Phil Sanderson isn't as top-drawer as he was, well beaten by my OMM partner at Hexhamshire Hobble in early December (then acted like a child to get 2nd DQd for not carrying the required kit by Andy's accounts). Jim is a good runner, easy sub 33min 10km runner and uses most of the more traily NYM fell races as a good training run.
