I'm not in the best shape at the moment. But i hope it will be better in the end of december ;-). And i'm sure you're shape is much better now (based on your results in Turkey).
On the 20th of december i'll run a long distance competition and the 26th the sylvester will start. Only unimportant regional competitions untill then.
