So you can't do pushups, but you can row? I would have thought rowing to be almost as hard to do with a torn rotator cuff as pushups.
I used to play a lot of softball, and the one thing I couldn't do with a torn rotator cuff was throw the ball with any velocity.
Throwing a ball would be out of the question. I can pull fine. I can still do pull-ups. Although not very many.
