Yes, it is... its several things together - can you believe it. My uneducated guess is its the patellar ligament, the quadriceps ligament, the medial collateral ligament, and possibly some cartilage damage. But its nothing really blatant and appears for now to be manageable w/ ice, rest, low impact cardio, compression and sporadic running.
