What a 4 days of training in the bank... you'll get the benefit of that eventually when the DOMS goes down. Are you getting to race either of the days at RTC up here?
I was just looking in detail at the current map of Forvie and thinking how nuts it could look with the LIDAR data... trying to get a late entry.

I had been planning on heading to my folks on Saturday night for a few days holiday but plans have changed... so now I'm going to help at Forvie and get an entry on the day.

Yeah that I am really looking forward to, will have to grind out the hills, had a look at 1:25K map and know it ain't gonna be flat!
