The guy who plans the sessions normally wasn't there, so we had an easy session. Just did a normal run around the second part of the tunnel run route, but with a couple of random efforts in on some sections. Ridiculously windy on the hill!
A bit frustrating as he kept stopping every few hundred metres, at every junction/gate/everywhere to regroup, but would stop for ages... was getting cold! But good to do an easier session so not tired for the weekend. :) And fun finishing in the dark! Head torches next week.
