Starting to taper, decided to check out conditions at Mt Tom. Thin, hard cover okay in most places, but a bunch of gravel gaps going around The Pogue. Generally lots of small sticks and pine cones on the trails. A couple sudden grabs when I went over them. A little more snow flurry accumulation.

Spike hike around the trail loop with a group from the winter festival. A little snow on top of ice most of the way.
