6*900m (300 jog recovery) - (1.5x laps of don valley bowl up hill and back)

Felt really smooth on this moving quite nicely. freezing tonight so continious session probs suited best, legs felt good. maybe took recoveries a bit quick at the beggining so was struggling picking up the pace massively at the end. but consistent splits
Won't session this thursday as have city champs xc and burbage o at the weekend and defo want to do well ish at city champs but quite a short course so not sure.
