Before school early Long run. beaucoup de hillage today feeling slightly tired in the legs but pretty good.

Not very used to running just after waking up so came home and crashed- don't think I ate enough pre run and felt kinda sick. Ate big breakfast and feeling fine after about 20 mins.

Legs actually feeling really happy today, think I could have gone a tad faster but just happy legs are feeling recovered.
Spent most the time dodging dogs and people not ideal but worked around it.
