Same session as a few weeks ago, 4 by 2k, 2 min rest. 7:04, 7:06, 7:04, 7:01. Decent numbers and just a couple seconds a k over what I was aiming for. I wouldn't claim I was feeling brilliant whilst doing it and I was definitely starting to tie up by the end of it, but all in all, pretty good. About four seconds slower than last time as well, but that was after about 12 hours more recovery after gym so not surprising.
