10min warm up then 10 x 2min efforts with 1min recovery, and a short warm down. not sure if it was the beer, dinner or dessert i had before riding but it seemed easier to get the HR up tonight. or maybe it was watching F1 (Bahrain, even managed to not hear result in the 2 weeks since it was on!) instead of Game of Thrones that did it.
