Hills: 4*4 mins (jog down)
From gate to top of slope above Sandy Lane. Gradually getting a bit slower from 4:15 to 4:30. Had hoped for more tempo effort but felt fairly max by the last one! Always fun to jog to the top of the hill post session and run a steep way down on tired legs
