Lovely hot and sunny day, not worrying too much about pace. Legs didn't feel as bad as yesterday

Boardwalks then a lap of the Lakes
Legs didn't feel that great, combination of feeling tired/rest week and needing to replace the shoes. Will retire them now and bring in another pair for the locker. Found the rest week tough going, may try and run a tiny amount on rest weeks as a tick over (rather than full days off, had 3 and felt too much). Running makes me happy
