Netley Abbey parkrun with Marko and Nicole
Almost missed the start, tied my laces then had to work through everyone. A bit annoying! Nicole was a bit tired from her long run but still managed a bit of a kick at the end. Good running with Mark and then back to his for cake after. Another nice tourism and been meaning to do this one for a while.

IBM Hursley - SOC BBQ + map memory
Tried to develop a map memory routine. Plan was: control, attack point then route. In sprint races you tend to work backwards from the controls and I think I often don't remember the detail within the circle as well as the rest of the route.

RR10 IBM Hursley 102nd
First two laps with Tom having a catch-up and annoying the runners as we happily chatted. He dropped me on the third hill and ended up finishing 60th! I continued at a similar intensity. My left calf was quite tight and I could feel my right quad and knee.
