Running a bit out of time. Walked to the track and then received a call from the GP. My virus/illness thing was/is Lyme's disease! Start a two week course of antibiotics Friday morning (today). Hopefully that'll make me feel fully better and stop any long lasting issues! :/

Found it a bit tough. Legs tired after last night and not wanting to push it too much after the GPs call. Happy with the first two but then found myself on my own. Getting slower so called it a day.

RR10 Janesmoor Pond - 13th
Back to my usual kind of result. Happy with how I ran, working with James on the first half then trying to hang on. Worked hard on some of the downhill sections, especially the last long one and managed to drop the Lordshill guy. Struggled on the final climb, happy that he didn't come past.
