Did the green course at Huntington SP.....ham ok but I did a slow jog on the trails and walked in the woods......still tight and a little sore ....but no new issue .....not sure I could have done a race today.....but it was great to get out into the woods......Thanks for the course Joe and Tony......

Ham seems to be getting worst....yuk....beginning to think it might be a hip....can walk, go up hill, down hill, no issue ,,it seems to only be an issue on the landing....backing off for a few days and we will see what happens...
