A full Hockley loop plus an extra loop on the second side trail. I wanted a run of about 3 and a half hours, so this worked out perfectly. Rained on and off during the run, so not many people out there at all.

A fun morning at the 5 peaks at Rattlesnake. Kristen ran and Aubrey and I hung out. Great weather and atmosphere to sit around in the sun.

Good working at Chicopee. Everything was wet from last night's rain so I was soaked before I even finished one repeat. Saw some progression today as I was able to run the first 4 continuously before my legs told me they needed some walk breaks.

Since I ended up running more last night than I usually do and also ran on Monday I didn't want to overdo my back. So just a brisk walk and physio strength today. I have plans to do Hockley on Sunday and don't want to risk not being able to do it.

It was raining a whole lot this morning, so decided to head out for a longer walk up to the university, around and home.

I ended up running a fair bit tonight both with a group for the first hour (about 30 min) and then to go and collect most of the flags after the second hour.
