Man, that's a sucky surprise. I thought we had done well on the foot-o sections. FO1 took a hit with our 15min opening error. FO2 included the swim and the post-swim 10min error. FO3, no excuses.

Also the opposite of what I thought. I assumed we were bleeding time at the transitions, but not so. Wonder if CZ0 was changing shoes. Honestly, though, it's tough to measure times to this accuracy from a un-split GPX, so this is probably just noise.

I felt better about the race before doing this. At least we'll always have CP10. CP8 was so heinous because of a crap swim-to-foot transition paired with a 10min nav error.
Two other notes, they picked up 6min on CP13 with a fundamentally different route choice, and I don't think our routing for the third foot-o section was particularly inspired, now.
