Beautiful Ride at GTress Buzzards Nest in 25.30" top of Spookywood in 53' with Elevator climbed in 6'50. Back via super G, blues, Goat track Black, Zoom or Bust, Green and Hydro Hill.

Another Glorious Day at GTress! Rode with Liam. Up to Spookywood top via Elevator down Red inc Pie Runs then up to Zoom or Bust via Red climb and then down Hydro Hill. Liam riding well. Bit more stop start than earlier in week!

Lovely ride around the Black at Gtress. Rode from and to home so time for Black was a PB of 3.01.00" 27.15" to Buzzards and 40.45" to turning circle and 1.36.00 to mast. Rode all of Mustard snake and uphills inc tough section near castle ruins and penultimate rise to mast which is technicaly awkward. Felt strong on these rises and weight training for rehab helping. Able to punch down on left pedal for first time which made a difference. Nailed Jake the Snake and the whole trail is eroding naturally so far tougher than Red.

Hard and fast Ride at Gtress day after Cuba Janets Brae 24.45" on the E120. 1.15" faster than six years ago post Himalaya trip on same bike. New wheels so slightly lighter but not by much. Then Sppookywood via The Wall (nearly made it in one~ then Spookywood, G force, down and up the Blues, Blue Velvet and then onto first two sections of black which I rode well as fast as I can recall. Then back up fire road to Zoom or Bust then speedy loop of Green and down Hydro Hill. Nice ride and felt strong at the end. Beautiful colours and trail moisture perfect! Great ride.
