Orienteering with Claire, around falkirk wheel. Missed two controls. Ran past one and took a poor route through undergrowth for another. A few road works caused a small detour too.

Good run in hills I've ever never really been in before. Just one dodgy route choice between 9 and 10. not sure if staying high would have been easier and had less fence crossings.

Good training session, did russian steps. Slightly dropped after guy in front let the wheel go... but got back on on the easy laps. easy laps probably too hard and hard laps too easy.
