Got into uni bright and early, planning for one final dissertation proof-read before beating the queues at the binders. Only to find that I couldn't log onto the uni system at all on any of the PCs. Had a bit of a panic then decided that as there's no-one on the help desk til 9 there wasn't really much point waiting around. So I ran back home, trying to remember if I'd got my final draft backed up anywhere else (fortunately I had).

Predictably enough, when I went back again later to print I could log on fine. Go figure.

Been pretty hectic recently. Going to get back on the regular S&C work and maybe fit in a decent run or two towards the end of next week if I'm feeling ok.

Out round BH Park and back, with 2x 30secs sprints thrown in. Feeling tired but knees etc. all ok. Need to get back on the S&C when time allows.

Working out what to do running-wise with my last week in Sheffield/The Peaks. At the start of the year I'd (ambitiously) planned to do the 15 trigs in that time, but that's clearly not happening... So, thinking Burbage Skyline route for sure, probably Kinder (Ammo Box?) and something else?
