Decent enough run, took a couple of tactical power-walks on the two steep trail-hills around C'haus and I think that was the right call. Felt reasonably strong up Westbrook near the end. Not a great time but it's not a fast course (1st was ~41mins), and I didn't get the best night's sleep beforehand, so *shrugs* (marginally slower than when I last ran it two years ago). Hoping it's a good starting point for getting back to full fitness later in the summer.
