Picked up a cold. (Judging by facebook I'm not the only one...) Starting to feel a bit better by this evening, so hopefully it'll be gone by tomorrow.

Shuoc Charity Everest run. Out to Heroes, followed by 3 reps of said bastard hill. Bit icy underfoot. I really really need to start proper hill training again as I felt rubbish; wasn't timing them individually but I doubt I did a single rep in much under 7.30...

Easy jog through Crookes to Heroes Hill to watch the last of the Everest runners. Good effort everyone!

Longer run with Treb. Stables, out along the top of Rivelin, down to the dam, up Wyming Brook (Treb: "It's like something out of Lord of the Rings..."), then we went for a bit of an explore trying to find a way back via Porter Brook, through Endcliffe, home. Good stuff, first proper long-ish run for a while.
