Cradle Mountain Ultra Quali
Was going to do the 100km FKT of Mornington Peninsula but body gave out and decided to pull the pin at 80km (which is what I needed) before I gave myself an injury.

Tough but a beautiful day so quite lucky to be able to get out for this. Took a lot away from it, many a lesson learnt going forwards:
-Salomon Sense Ride Pros are probably a little too low profile for that long. Need to look into other options for >50km.
-Need to keep working on the nutrition that works for me - quite bad today as the nutrition I ordered hadn't arrived so was using things my body wasn't used to.
-Walk/run combo actually helped my body and whilst my pace dropped it didn't completely fall off a cliff.
-If no support at races in future need to figure out a quicker way to refill and optimise the weight I am carrying.
