4 x 1km off 60" with MUAC group on grass at Prinny
Plan was to do 60-70% of normal sessions this week and then down to 40-50% next week. Group doing 6 so I went with 4.
Pat and Schepsi also there. Pat doing the classic "I'm actually not that fit" and then still beating me in the reps and doing 6. And he tells me he usually isn't modest.
Pretty happy with how form is coming together - glad I did 4 as VO2 Max a bit foreign to me at the moment and I think 6 would have broken me.
