JWOC Middle Qualification Simulation

Tempo run around the Launceston river flats (tailrace and seaport). Quad felt sore when warming up but once I started I didn't feel it. I wanted to push a bit harder today than usual because I felt like I didn't push super hard on the weekend. Wanted to do under 3:40min/km and was under this for every km so quite happy.
