Running hills 21:00 [5] 3.0 km (7:00 / km) +210m5:11 / km shoes: Karhu Fast
Hill Sprints at Shauns house. Not sure the distance and climb because I wasn't wearing my garmin. Was planning to do 8 lots of the 200m hill but 7 is all I could manage. Theywere pretty hard but I was feeling really shit. Was planning to push myself hard all week before my big break but it seems I've blown up already. I am sure after resting i will feel fine. Won't do any more hard stuff this week and then I have two weeks of because I will be on holiday.
