A few more rest days. My cousin and his family arrived from Copenhagen yesterday, so there was more wining and dining to do. Today was a morning of working and an afternoon of driving to Mom's house in Shephardstown. Tomorrow is a day of shopping at Ikea with Caitlin, who has recently returned from the hinterlands of Tucson for a year in Virginia before deciding where she will ultimately end up. I am going to try to make it to QOC's Summer Swelter event tomorrow night, but it depends on the progress we have made with the allen wrenches.
My intention was to go to Strictly Strength tonight, but a few things got in the way.
1) I unexpectedly had to take Graham to the Philly Airport to catch a flight to San Fran. His friend's mom was going to bring him, but that didn't work out in the end.
2) My friend here had a severe marital crisis and needed someone to talk to.
Today was more of a fun run. I've been meaning to research to see if there were any letterboxes in Jockey Hollow, but I just kept putting it off. I finally looked this weekend and found there were at least two in the park, and they were both on one of my regular trail runs. So, on today's run, I incorporated finding the two letterboxes along the way. It was alot of fun. (There's another one just over the park boundary in Lewis Morris, but I was running out of time since I got a later-tha-planned start).
