I joined a gym today, Lifetime Fitness. It is a behemoth, with indoor and outdoor pools, basketball courts, squash courts, and miles and miles of machines. So, Graham and I went tonight to check it out while it was less crowded. I think this will be good for when my PT ends and I have to keep doing it on my own. I was able to replicate everything from PT, except for the sinister therapist who makes me cry.
The treadmill was at 3 mph, with some incline. It felt good, but towards the end, my knee was getting sore.

I did 3 x 10 leg extensions with 40 lbs., 3 x 30 step-ups (front, side, backwards), 30 ankle pulls, 3 x 10 leg press with 70 lbs.
