hill running 1:33:30 [4] 7.5 mi (12:28 / mi) +500m 10:20 / mi

Malhamdale Fell Race. Lovely day, sunny at times and not too cold. Took it steady up to Gordale Scar to make sure Sarah and Evie were ok. I speeded up once we had done the climb and managed to catch Steve on the flat section past the Tarn. He kept with me all the way up the last hill but I dropped him on the descent, then crawled up the drive with just enough of a buffer. Could have been quicker, maybe in the next group at 88, 89 minutes.

hill running 48:00 [2] 4.0 mi (12:00 / mi)

Ladies run, Monks Road. Struggling to keep up with the faster ladies.

orienteering 36:00 [3] 3.0 km (12:00 / km)

Multi loop score event round MTH. The handicap system was blatantly unfair, and the sole fell off my shoe on the first loop. Not really enjoying this.

hill running 21:28 [3] 1.8 mi (11:56 / mi)

Great Close Hill loop. Slushy snow underfoot, gale force winds and sleet. Not very nice really.

hill running 1:20:49 [3] 7.0 mi (11:33 / mi) +300m 10:11 / mi

Grassington, Grass Wood, Conistone Dib, back to Grassington along the Dales Way. With Evie at a fairly sedate pace. A bit chilly but sunny, nice views.
