Good training with Colin as we taped controls for the Wednesday event. Focused on attackpoints. It was very physical really should have taken on more fluids before the run because I felt very dehydrated on the way round.

Went out to Mytchett with Colin and did a visualisation course with him. Great training, did alternative legs with me taking another one if it was a good leg. Stopped for about 30secs to a minute at each control to discuss route choice and what I was thinking while doing the course.
