Debut on the loop of legends. Had to dodge the snow so couldn't go to the Bower. Perfect place for knocking out dirty miles though. Wouldn't use this loop regularly as it's a bit punishing on the legs.

Note

Telford cancelled. Two weeks of low poor mileage ended last night with a go at the Challenge burger at the Bloomery. Shaved my beard to symbolise the start of a new period of monking. All training now aimed at a top 15 at BUCS XC, bring it on.

7.30, 5, 3, 2, 5, 3, 2, 4x 75 at Endcliffe

90s recovery on everything over than the 75s which was 60s. Good session to start off a new block. Good group of lads down but mostly getting schooled by Bayton on the longer reps. In spikes as some parts of the park where filthy muddy but other parts were filthy icy so lucky to not break an ankle.
