Note

More rest required. The Abdominal/groin pain not good after yesterday's run.

As it is the running that appears to be aggravating it, I think it is Osteitis Pubis. Reading this article seems to fit with the fact that I have a misaligned pelvis - so need to sort the contributory issues.

Looks like first part of 2020 (at least) is a write-off :-(

Cycling seems ok, so need to force myself on to the Turbo, a couple of times in week and out on road/mbk at weekends, once settled down again and need to do exercises to sort other issues!!!

Testing various niggles and pains.....

The antibiotics did nothing for the groin/abdomen pain, so hat probably rules out an infection and probably muscular....

Now finished course, no calf pain....

Do I carry on or stop to get it sorted properly?

Felt properly very unfit, not the PhilM very unfit ;-)
