Mostly fine, big mistake, like plenty of others, on #15.
Can not for the life of me figure out how I didn't find it the first 3 times I tried, then the rock just appeared?

I was really struggling after about 15 minutes into the warm up stomach both felt heavy and hungry at the same time? Had a couple of mouthfuls of water and a few minutes walking pre intervals, came good.
Very hungry on the warm down, got the shakes at the end

New session, partner relay going opposite directions around South, continuous for 20'
Worked out to be around 57" pretty much throughout, happy with the pacing in a new session
