such a different and better feeling today. some stretching and lake swimming helped i think, so i actually went back on deciding not to run and took some easy running round the model map (also a bit of walking in places, it's hot and worth taking it easy where you can). Much quicker and more open forest, v nice indeed. more stratching and more lake swimming and hopefully i can think just about the compass and map tomorrow.

Post flight at korpilampi, finnspring 2018 viesti. Short gaffles. Found it was more a svestadtjern than a Gillingsrød and i was in more pain than i would have liked.
