Around the lake in lieu of dinner. A bit of off trail terrain running in soft spongy stuff, but HR shot up pretty quickly, so jumped back on trail, then roads. Kept HR down until pickup at the end. Nice night out...

Quick run during scouts. Ran up to High School/Cross Farms complex. Trails, disc golf course (woods) & off trail terrain running. Sustainably hard pace, no falls, plenty of soggy spots/vernal pools. Had headlamp just in case, but finished up about sunset.
