Felt like going for a walk, had excess vacation to burn off, so left work early and strolled a few on the Airline Trail.... Interesting little heart rate blip when I turned around, wasn't like it was all that sudden or anything. Maybe just system shock at heading east instead of west...

33F, dim & raining to start, but steady improvement as morning went on.. Ran to Brookside Park in Ellington to meet up with TCRC group, most of a 10 mile loop up to Somers, ran into Emma on way back so elected to run back up Meadowbrook & Hopkins with her. Ride back to house avoid running on 140. Solid run...
