Up at 5 again, but the past week or so I've pretty much been awake since 3-3:30 or so. Same again this AM. Doctors appt at 8am, so feels weird to just be killing time when I'm normally already at work..

Yup, slept in until 6am today, before heading in to work. Spent most of yesterday modifying the former goat barn into a coop for Hayden's chickens (Red Star). They're a bit over 5 weeks old now and getting pretty crowded in the limited confines of the brooder in the garage. Still some work to be done, but enclosed and hopefully predator proof.

Moved them in this evening after work, I think they're a little uncertain about what to do with all that space - they can even stretch their wings without hitting each other now. Of course Hayden is off to Camp Calumet in NH for most of the summer as a couselor in training, so looks like I better figure out how to be a proper chicken farmer....

TCRC Saturday Group Run. Was basically solo by the time I hit 1 mile, so just kind of decided to run a bunch of 400m repeats between the posts, 400m recovery, though HR didn't really recover much in the rest phases. Out to 3 miles and turned around. Can't say I enjoyed it, but glad I did it after the fact.

O training at Cemetery Hill, put on by Phil. Hot out, 93 or so at 6pm, but not terrible running if not pushing uber hard. A few foolish errors, but not a bad run. And then dinner with the crew at NoHo brewery after. There are worse ways to spend a Wednesday evening..
