Note

Took a couple of days off, due to possible sickness, and just general tiredness. Also, Linda and I did some experimental wedding baking... Didn't go so well, but that's what experimenting is for!

Orienteering 20:00 [3]

Pie exercise...partner exercise where 1 person ran to 1&2, then back to the start, then second person ran 2&3 and back to start, and so on. Linda and I managed most of it before time was up. Interesting exercise. Lots and lots of mosquitos while standing around.

Into work. Was going to bike the entire way but my legs are tired from yesterday and I'm probably a little dehydrated.

Home from work. Went through rain storms and bright sunshine... Go Vancouver! Felt pretty tired and low energy throughout, but time looks good. Maybe correctly pressured tires do make a difference...

Mountain Biking 1:16:00 [3] 11.86 km (6:24 / km)

Lost Lake. Did my usual loop, although I started from the Nicolaus golf course side. They've made a lot of changes to the trails and taken out most of the pieces I was working on... Time to find new trails and challenges. Boo!

Spent the rest of the day with my favourite Swedish/Czech/Canadian family and Adrian.
