gym class (Body Pump) 1:00:00 [4]
(injured) shoes: Brooks Glycerin

Brief interlude at home and normality in between holiday stints.
Ankle still dodgy and right knee a bit sore but will settle today I expect.

massage (Hydrobed) 10:00 [2]

walking 28:00 [2]
(injured) shoes: grey/white

Home-pharmacy-home setting out not all that convincingly. R knee was still a bit worrisome and of course L ankle wants to be centre stage. After about 10 minute I realiesd my R knee was fine so just possibly I was walking out yesterday's hilly run. Still took it very easily.

Event (SSS #8 Plattsburg) 44:43 [3] 5.25 km (8:31 / km)
(injured) shoes: grey/white

Mid holiday appearance. Had iced ankle Tuesday night - sand walking is not helpful for current affliction but unavoidable. Intermittent weakness but felt I'd be OK. However very early on into the 45 min I found difficulty in walking but hey I could run with no inconvenience.... except I cannot run for 45 mins. So interspersing walking with runs I had to do the reverse. Didn't help greatly with distance and for the life of me I couldn't get a decent/productive point route. Well done Matty - you rotter. Felt much more satisfied with last week's disaster of 10 mins late than this week's almost perfect timing. Can't seem to please.
