After helping for 3 hours. Ran back to the car then back to the start a small amount of the badaguish stuff then terrain running.

Orienteering race (Burbage CSC) 1:00:29 intensity: (55:59 @2) + (4:30 @5) *** 3.04 km (19:54 / km) +47m 18:28 / km

Ben Maliphant was my minute man so I was aiming to catch him. Set of fast no problems to one and two. Slowed to go down a ridge having nearly caught him, but I glanced up from the rocky ground for one second and went over on my ankle. Stopped then tried to carry on but had to stop after 20m. Then worked my way back to the finish 2km away.

1st section 0.9km 4min 30s
2nd section 3.14km 56min

Went to the hospital after getting back, got an x-ray and I have a probable left ankle fracture. Im going to be on crutches and wont be running at Stoodley pike.

More used to college times now. Adam is now at Uni and I have no-one to run with which is why I haven't been running lately. Going to start at Hallamshire Harriers though as they do more of the stuff that I was told to do at cairngorm
